Anne Russell
Anne Russell, Ph.D., is President of Synergies of Difference an independent training and consulting company with a focus on exploring synergies to enhance interpersonal and group dynamics.
Prior to becoming President of the consulting company Synergies of Difference, Anne was a member of the Faculty of Education at Queensland University of Technology for 24 years. In this environment she designed and delivered innovative programs to inspire adult learners to recognise their personal potential and apply appropriate strategies to achieve life goals. She has a passion for researching personality differences and delights in helping people understand the richness of Personality Type concepts. In addition, Anne is a judge for the Photographic Society of Queensland and teaches practical courses to enable individuals to make optimal use of their remarkably intelligent digital cameras. She regularly presents her research with personality type and photography at National and International Conferences.
Since 1999 Anne has taught international accreditation programs for Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) and Management Team Roles Indicator (MTR-i™). Now, she teaches the Interstrength® Method™ certification program in Australia.
Anne is an experienced educator and corporate training consultant. Using Personality Type frameworks, Anne consults with individuals, families, business organisations, and corporate teams to provide personal and team recognition of the value of their personality differences. She uses a variety of innovative strategies to ensure participants are creatively and actively involved in making relevant meaning of program content. Participants leave her training with the ability to incorporate their new understanding to real world practicalities. |
