Dan Foster
For the past 24 years, Daniel has been an organizational psychologist living and working in Brisbane (Queensland), Australia. Daniel’s training and consulting business (Type Dynamics) focuses exclusively on executive and team coaching and organizational leadership development, primarily in the government sector. One passionate part of this training is his ongoing engagement with high school counselors, teachers and school administrators to develop and maintain a more “whole child” school focus.
From 1984 until the end of 2006 Daniel was one of a select few individuals who conducted MBTI® Qualifying Workshops in Australia and New Zealand. Previous to becoming an Interstrength® Associates faculty member, Daniel was associated with Otto Kroeger & Associates.
Daniel was born in Los Angeles, attended Cal State University Long Beach, The Johns Hopkins University and Cal State University Fullerton, where he earned BA degrees in American History and Biology, an MA degree in Education and an MS degree in Counseling.
Daniel taught at Laguna Beach High School, where he co-founded the high school’s alternative high school – CAVE – in 1975. He has been a counselor and therapist in both California and Queensland.
